From 1 July 2026, up to 90,000 Australian businesses enter the AML/CTF regime for the first time. We advise newly designated businesses on the privacy and data compliance obligations the new regime creates — the obligations that arise when you begin collecting, holding and processing personal information for AML/CTF compliance purposes, and that sit alongside your program requirements. This service covers the privacy and data compliance layer — not AML/CTF program development or AUSTRAC enrolment, for which we refer you to the right practitioners.
